Southampton's sole-trader plumber and gas engineer. Gas Safe registered, covering SO14 to SO53.
One person. One van. Every job from the WhatsApp message to the final invoice, handled by me.
I started Better Call Wes after years in the trade watching customers get charged for things they didn't need and waiting in for engineers who didn't show up. The business runs on three rules: turn up when I said I would, quote before I start, leave it clean.
Most of my work is boiler repairs, servicing, and plumbing fixes across Southampton and the surrounding postcodes. I drive a black Ford Transit Custom and carry common parts for Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi, and Ideal, so most small jobs are fixed in one visit.

I won't recommend a repair you don't need. I charge exactly what's on the Master Price Guide. I leave your home as clean as I found it.
