If it needs a part or more time, I give you the price first and you decide. On my 2026 repairs the middle bill was about £170 all in, and most came in under £200.

Check the pressure gauge, press reset once, and in cold weather check the plastic condensate pipe outside hasn't frozen. If you're on a prepayment meter, check there's credit. If it's still not working after that, book in.
