Diagnostics: £100 covers the diagnostic visit. The repair is then quoted as its own fixed price, sometimes done the same visit, sometimes a return visit once parts are confirmed.
Servicing includes a full safety inspection, flue gas analysis, internal clean, and a written record.
Repair labour covers the first hour. Quoted bands include parts where listed.
Parts policy: charged at trade cost plus 15%. Cost shown to you before I fit anything.
Callouts: no separate call-out fee during weekdays. Evening and weekend work quoted per job.
